What to expect if you need to return or exchange a Micro-Ray Electronics order.

Thank you for your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your item for a refund or exchange under the terms below.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must arrive in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Contact us at sales@micro-ray.com or (732) 892-8799 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with the original packing slip, and mail it to:

You're responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we can't guarantee we'll receive an untracked return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow at least 10 days for us to process your refund or exchange.
A 3% restocking fee applies to returns totaling more than $100.00.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If an item arrives defective, we'll replace it or issue a refund — please keep the original packaging and contact us right away so we can make it right.
