Terminal Blocks

Terminal blocks for control panel and field wiring: 708 parts across DIN rail, barrier strip and Euro pluggable families, in screw, push-in and spring clamp connection. Micro-Ray supplies the Dinkle range under our own part numbers, and builds the panels and harnesses these blocks go into.

The three terminal block families

• DIN rail terminal blocks — 355 parts for 35 mm rail: screw connection (102), push-in design (161), spring clamp (60), stud connection (23) and busbar blocks (9), plus feed-through, grounding, disconnect, fuse and diode blocks.
• Barrier terminal blocks — 189 parts for panel and chassis wiring, where every screw stays reachable and a moulded barrier separates adjacent circuits: single row (113), wire terminal (22), panel feed-through (26), bi-level (12), pluggable (11) and panel mounting (5).
• Euro jacks — 145 parts of pluggable plug-and-socket terminal blocks and wire-to-board headers: female sockets (64), male plugs (55), wire to board (25) and a needle connector.

Choosing a DIN rail terminal block type

Screw connection is re-terminable with a plain screwdriver and remains the default for field wiring. Push-in takes a ferruled or solid conductor straight in, with no tool to terminate. Spring clamp holds through vibration and never needs re-torquing. Stud connection takes ring and fork lugs where the current is higher. All four mount on the same 35 mm TS-35 rail and share the same end brackets, jumpers and marker strips, so a single row can mix them.

Ratings and ordering

The range runs from low-voltage sensor blocks to power blocks of several hundred amps, in single, double, three and four level bodies. Each part page carries that part its own rated voltage, rated current, wire range, screw thread and dimensions, taken from the manufacturer data sheet.
