Copper Tubular Lugs

Heavy seamless copper barrel lugs for power cable — switchgear, panels, generators, battery banks and motor terminations. These are compression lugs: they need a hydraulic or heavy mechanical crimp tool with the right die, not hand pliers.

Part numbers here run on the conductor size in mm² followed by the bolt hole, so a lug for 50 mm² cable on an M10 stud reads 50-10. Where a series has a letter suffix it marks the variant — flared entry, extra-heavy wall, right-angle palm, tinned or chemically treated finish.

Dual-hole lugs have two bolt holes on NEMA centres so the lug cannot rotate on the pad; that is the standard requirement for grounding and busbar terminations.
