Epson LabelWorks heat shrink tube cartridges and bulk heat shrink tapes print a wire marker that then shrinks onto the wire. The quickest way to the right part number is the wire range printed on it, because that is what the tube has to recover onto. The range runs: AWG 16-22 (3mm), AWG 8-12 and AWG 10-18 (5mm), AWG 6-18 (6mm and the bulk 8ST numbers), AWG 4-12 (10mm), AWG 2-8 (11mm), AWG 0-5 (14mm) and AWG 0000-1 (21mm). Ordering by millimetres alone is where most wrong orders start – a 5mm tube and a 6mm tube cover overlapping but not identical gauges.
Black on white and black on yellow across almost the whole range, plus black on red at 5mm and 11mm, white on black at 5mm and 11mm for dark harnesses, and black on blue at 5mm. Yellow is the usual choice where the mark has to be found quickly in a loom; white reads best under a photograph in a service manual.

Both. The 98 inch cassettes are the cartridges that load into a LabelWorks printer. The B20 numbers are 15 m of continuous tube, and the Bulk-LD numbers are pre-cut pieces on a roll for production marking.
