DIN Rail Terminal Blocks

DIN rail terminal blocks for 35 mm rail — 355 blocks in screw, push-in, spring clamp and stud connection, for control panels and machine cabinets. Micro-Ray supplies the Dinkle range under our own part numbers, plus busbar, ground, fuse, disconnect and diode blocks and the matching end brackets, jumpers and marker strips.

DIN rail terminal block types we supply

• Push-in design — 161 blocks. Push a ferruled or solid conductor straight in; no tool to terminate.
• Screw connection — 102 blocks, the traditional clamping yoke.
• Spring clamp connection — 60 blocks, vibration resistant, no re-torque.
• Stud connection — 23 blocks for ring and fork lugs on higher current.
• Busbar terminal blocks — 9 blocks for power distribution inside the panel.

Feed-through, ground, disconnect, fuse and diode blocks

Function blocks share the same rail and accessories as the feed-through range, so a row can mix them: feed-through, grounding (PE), disconnect and test, knife disconnect, fuse holders, diode blocks and panel-mount blocks. Each part page carries that part’s own rated data, wire range and dimensions, taken from the manufacturer data sheet.

Every block is sold by the piece with quantity pricing on request, and we can supply the end brackets, partition plates, jumpers and marker strips to finish the row.
