Distributors, brokers and manufacturers upload their new, excess, obsolete and end-of-life stock to this page. Your company name is never published and no prices are shown. A buyer asks Micro-Ray, we come to you, and you keep your customer.
The company listing the parts is responsible for their authenticity. Micro-Ray brings buyers and sellers together and lists stock on behalf of the companies holding it. We do not manufacture, test or certify it, and we make no warranty of authenticity of our own.
Everything you list must be authentic to the manufacturer named on the line. Nothing re-marked, re-labelled, salvaged or refurbished-as-new goes up under a manufacturer’s part number.
Any line found or reasonably believed to be counterfeit is pulled from this page at once and the account suspended. The seller is liable for fraudulent parts — the refund, the return freight, inspection and test costs and any loss the buyer carries — and indemnifies Micro-Ray against any claim, loss or cost arising from them. We may ask for traceability or a certificate of conformance on any line.

These lines belong to the companies that list them — overstock from completed builds, cancelled customer schedules and end-of-life programs. Their names are not published here. Buyers deal with Micro-Ray.
Quantity, date code, condition and packaging are as given by the company holding the stock, on the date it was listed. Ask us and we will confirm any of it, in writing, before you commit to an order.
Without an account. You ask Micro-Ray, never the seller. We quote, you raise your purchase order to us, and the parts ship to you. One order, one invoice, one company to call if anything is wrong. No sign-up, no waiting on a registration.
With an account. The same, only faster. Your address and contacts are saved, your quotes and orders sit in one place, and you can come back to a quote later without us re-keying it. Create an account or sign in.
Credit terms do not apply to listed inventory. Net-30 covers Micro-Ray’s own catalogue, not parts listed here. Surplus lines are quoted and sold prepaid or against a proforma invoice, whatever account you hold with us.
Partial quantities are fine and we will price the whole lot. If nothing here fits, call us — we build cable assemblies, control panels and PC board assemblies in house and can often make the part you need.
