Terms and signature

Net-30 terms. Invoices are due 30 days from the invoice date. Past-due balances may be assessed a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per year) or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is less. Micro-Ray Electronics, Inc. may reduce, suspend or withdraw credit at any time. The applicant agrees to pay reasonable costs of collection, including attorney fees, on any past-due balance.
