The MR-PP-3024 is a 50-port voice patch panel for a 19 inch rack, 1U high, graded CAT3 for telephone and voice circuits.
A 1U panel takes one rack unit, 1.75 in (44.45 mm), of a standard 19 inch rack (EIA-310). CAT3 is the TIA-568 cabling grade for voice and low-speed data, characterised to 16 MHz, so this panel suits telephone, intercom and alarm circuits rather than gigabit Ethernet runs.
What termination does the panel use? Full dimensions, termination and ratings are confirmed against the manufacturer drawing at quotation.
Can you supply it pre-wired? Yes. Micro-Ray builds custom cable assemblies, control panels and PC board assemblies as well as supplying parts, so this panel can be supplied loose or already wired into an assembly.
