What is in this range

Barrier blocks in a single row, screw connection throughout, in the DT and 0166/0186 series plus the Degson Euro Jack barrier block. Position counts and screw pitches vary across the series, and the pitch is part of the part number rather than something to be assumed.

Why a barrier block

The moulded barriers between screws keep a stray strand or a slipped ring terminal from bridging to the next circuit, which is why these are still specified for line voltage and for field wiring that other people will come back to. Ring, fork and spade terminals all land on them, so the same block suits a panel built one way and serviced another.
