Screw connection DIN rail terminal blocks: 102 Dinkle blocks for 35 mm rail, from 0.5 A sensor blocks to 370 A power blocks, taking wire from 28 AWG to 4/0 AWG. A captive screw clamps the conductor against the current bar — the long-established termination for control panel field wiring, re-terminable with a plain screwdriver.
UL rated voltage 24 V to 1000 V, most commonly 300 V and 600 V, and UL rated current from 0.5 A to 370 A. UL wire range 28 AWG to 4/0 AWG, and 300 to 500 kcmil on the largest bodies; IEC 0.14 to 240 mm². Screw threads M2.5 through M10, with stripping length called out per part, from 6–8 mm on the smallest blocks to 35–40 mm on the largest. Bodies are polyamide, UL94 V-0, rated −40 to 120 °C, and mount on TS-35, TS-35/15 and TS-15 rail.
Screw blocks take the widest range of wire sizes, from fine sensor wire to 4/0 AWG power cable, accept stranded wire without a ferrule, and can be re-terminated many times with a plain screwdriver.
Each block has its own tightening torque, stripping length and wire range, shown on its part page and in the attached manufacturer data sheet.
Yes. They mount on 35 mm TS-35 rail, and the smaller bodies also fit TS-15 rail; the part page confirms the rail for each block.
See every connection type on the DIN rail terminal blocks page.
Beige is the standard body colour; several bodies are also listed in black, blue, green, green/yellow, orange, red, white and yellow, and grounding blocks in green-yellow. End brackets, partition plates, jumpers and marker strips finish the row. Each part page carries that part its own rated data, wire range and dimensions, taken from the manufacturer data sheet.
