Techflex Braided Sleeving

Techflex expandable braided sleeving, made in Sparta, New Jersey. Micro-Ray is an authorized Techflex distributor and supplies the range under Techflex part numbers, cut and fitted here when the sleeving is going onto a harness we are building.

The ranges

  • General Purpose — the everyday PET sleevings. Flexo PET leads the range, sixteen sizes from 1/16 in to 3 in.
  • Heavy Duty — heavier wall and denser braid for abrasion, crush and rough handling.
  • High Temperature — for engine bays, exhaust runs and ovens, where PET will not survive.
  • Advanced Engineering — flame-retardant, chemical-resistant and low-outgassing grades.
  • Specialty — non-skid, reflective, conductive, cut-resistant and decorative.
  • Non-Expandable — fixed-diameter braid and lacing.

Tell us the bundle diameter, the length and the colour code and we will quote it. If the sleeving is going on a harness, see custom cables and cable assemblies.
