The three series on this page

• YT-RJ45 Series — 14 parts. Circular RJ45 sockets and plugs, single and dual port, for carrying Ethernet through an enclosure wall without losing the seal.
• DH-24 Series — 12 parts. 24 mm shell with USB 2.0/3.0 Type A sockets and plugs, LC single-mode fiber assemblies, and 3-pin signal inserts.
• LP-24 Series — 10 parts. 24 mm shell signal connectors, male and female, cable and panel mount.

What these are for

A standard RJ45 or USB connector has no seal and no strain relief, so it fails the moment the panel sees washdown, dust or vibration. These parts put the same termination inside a threaded circular housing: the socket mounts through the enclosure wall, the mating plug couples to it, and the data path is unchanged. That makes them the usual answer for diagnostic ports, camera and sensor runs, PLC uplinks and service sockets on equipment that lives outdoors or gets hosed down.

Choosing a part

• Interface — RJ45 for Ethernet, USB Type A for service and HMI ports, LC for single-mode fiber, or a multi-pin insert for discrete signals.
• Port count — single or dual port on the RJ45 sockets.
• Mounting — panel mount (SX) for the enclosure side, cable mount (PE) for the trailing half.
• Cable — the fiber assemblies ship with a fixed cable length; the RJ45 and USB parts are terminated to your own cable.
